1. What file formats can you accept?

Artwork: We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following : .jpeg, .zip, .pdf, with a size limit of 5 MB.

Digitizing: We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following : .jpeg, .zip, .eps, .pdf, .bmp, .ai, .gif, .tif with a size limit of 10 MB.

2. What formats can the embroidery stitch files be converted to?

Pulse Output File Format: .pxf, .pof, .psf, .dst, .tbf, .pes, .dsb, .emd, .sew, .jef, .exp, .pcm, .pcs, .csd, .xxx, .hus, .shv, .vip, .dsz, .zsk

3. How do I place an order?

Simply click on the "Login" button. You must set up an account first. Once you fill in all the info, you can simply add the general instructions for Artwork and for Digitizing - size of your required finished design, answer a few application questions, such as fabric type, cap or flat, etc. Then upload the design and you're good to go.

4. How do I request a quote?

You can click on Quotes in the main menu. We do not charge for providing quotes, the estimates will be sent to you by email as quickly as possible.

5. How much do you charge per design?

Our pricing for Artwork is based on man hours.

Our pricing for Digitizing is based on every 1000 stitches.

We also offer flat pricing and good discounts based on the volumes.

6. What is your turn around time?

Most designs will be finished within 12-24 hours and many within 4-6 hours. Our facility goes live in both Day and Night shifts, meaning you can send your artwork anytime before you leave office or even from home late in the night and you can see the finished files before you start the next business day. All orders will be finished within 48hours guaranteed. If you require rush services, be sure to click on the "RUSH Service" option before you place the order.

7. Do you have any test designs for Embroidery?

Sure! Our sample designs will purge any doubt of the quality digitizing you'll find at www.Vneedle.in. Click on the "Test designs" button and then choose the sample designs
